Your graduation is fast approaching and talks of wild celebrations are already underway. Yet you know it will end up in the same old club with all your friends getting completely twisted (as usual). To mark the occasion you're thinking of doing something different: celebrating soberly so you can, you know, remember it afterwards. ‘But that won’t be fun!’, you say. Well we’re here to prove you wrong with a list of sober alternatives, guaranteed to entertain you and let you actually remember your graduation in years to come...
1.) Fly away

You're about to go your separate ways from your Uni friends. The people you consider closer than family. Wouldn't it be cool to explore a completely new city together one last time? So grab your mates and book a cheap flight somewhere in Europe. If you really want to go cheaply, megabus it, and have a laugh on that 36 hour bus to Amsterdam. It doesn't matter whether it's Budapest or Prague, just getting out of the country will make it a graduation to remember.
2.) Be adventurous

Want to experience being reckless but without the alcohol? Get a group of you to do some wild activity such as zip lining or zorbing. Make a weekend out of it and rent a holiday home in the country and hit up an activity centre. Guaranteed to be a bundle of laughs.
3.) Visit a theme park

Experience the thrill without the alcohol and hit up your favourite theme park for the day. Be adventurous and go on rides you were afraid to do before (although we won't blame you for avoiding the Smiler in Alton towers!). If you really want to mark the occasion, get the train to Disneyland Paris and be a kid all over again.
4.) Be a Londoner

If you never usually get to hit up London, your graduation is the perfect time to go. With so much to do and see you are guaranteed to keep busy. Hit the tourist spots, have brunch in one of the many Instagram worthy cafés or see a show at the West End. London is most definitely your oyster.
5.) Be sophisticated

Think of all the money you will probably spend on drink if you head out for your graduation. Why not save it up and go for a fancy meal instead? An excuse to dress up and look sophisticated. You’ll also be able to chat with your mates better over a meal and relive the good times together.
6.) Relax

After the stress of final year you're probably in need of relaxation. Why not go all out on a spa package and destress yourself completely. Guaranteed to be worth every penny when you come out feeling fabulous.
7.) Save it for something big

If you're planning a trip somewhere big like the US or Thailand, why not plan to go close to your graduation or save your money for it. Instead of wasting money on a night filled with too much drink, wouldn't it be better to be able to spend it on exploring the world instead? We certainly think so!
